Estate and Gift Tax/Estate Planning Appraisals

Our comprehensive estate and gift tax reports comply with IRS requirements in appraising the fair market values of assets bequeathed or gifted.

Our estate planning appraisals can assist you in deciding how to divide your property among your heirs, desired charities or other beneficiaries.

Insurance Appraisals

Insurance appraisals ensure that, should you need to bring a claim, you will have a full and quick settlement.

We offer the client detailed and illustrative documentation of their valuables with retail replacement values.  Reports should be updated every three to five years to account for fluctuations in the art market and to avoid any potential disputes and denial of coverage.

Donation Appraisals

Our donation reports meet the strict IRS requirements to substantiate the fair market value of a donation, allowing our clients to obtain the proper tax deduction.

Divorce Appraisals

Our objective equitable distribution reports assist the parties to a divorce proceeding in reaching an appropriate division of property. These reports may be compiled based on fair market values or marketable cash values depending on the circumstances.
